The Natural Gourmet Institute's Chef’s Training
Program is offered on both a part-time or full-time basis:
The Full-Time program is approximately 5 1/2 months (which includes a 100 hour internship):
Monday through Thursday 9:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Fridays 9:15 to
1:15 p.m.

Three Different Program Schedules Offered for Part Time!
The Part-Time program is approximately 11 months (which includes a 100 hour internship) :
Monday evenings, 6 to10 p.m. and Sundays, 9:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday evenings, 6 to10 p.m. and Sundays, 9:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Wednesday evenings, 6 to10 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m
Upcoming Part-time Program Start Dates:
Wednesday Evening/All-Day Saturday starting February 8, 2012
Tuesday Evening/All-Day Sunday starting April 24, 2012
A "Career Information Open House" is held approximately once a month. Here's our upcoming schedule:
